1. Speaker: Paul Hansen
Paul will introduce “E-Template Photo
Digital Measuring & Templating System”
How Much Are Measuring Mistakes
Costing Your Business?
E-Template Photo is a 2-D/3-D
precision measuring system for a wide variety of
commercial and residential construction
applications. Its superior accuracy, versatility,
and ease of use eliminate costly mistakes so you can
focus on the growth of your business!

ETemplate Photo is a full
three-dimensional digital measuring system.
If the camera can see it, it can measure it!
The great advantage is that you don’t have to
measure from a fixed position and “leap-frog”
using reference points as may be the case with a
tripod based system. ETemplate Photo measures
any configuration in one set-up and is not
restricted by space, range, reach, or
line-of-sight. This is why competitors provide
only a 70% solution for your total templating
and measuring needs. The 70% are the easy
jobs. ETemplate Photo does these andthe
“hard jobs” that make up the other 30% of your
templating requirements.
ETemplate technology makes templating
fast and simple with its automatic job
processing, automatic CAD drawing, and BackPlot that
lets you see the actual template on the actual
cabinet that it is being measured to fit onto.
The entire process minimizes potential errors
because data is captured in photos and flows
through the process without human interfearance.
With the many quality control features, any
potential error is easily detected and corrected
on-the-spot.

2. Speaker: Mikhail
Tsinadze
Mikhail will introduce implementation
of “Digital Measuring & Templating Systems” Into drafting and design process. He
will also talk about
E-Line, “proliner” based
Digital Measuring and prototyping technologies.
E-Line drawings provide value-added and complete
information normally not found in conventional field
drawings thus eliminating the need for repeat
measurements.
Proliner® 8 3D
This
model is the most advanced one in the Proliner’s
range and measures in 3D as well as 2D. The
rechargeable batteries as well as the power supply
via cable makes it very flexible to work with. This
totally self contained unit weights only 10 kg and
has a foldable measuring head for optimal protection
during transport. It can be easily stored in
overhead compartments in airplanes. In the two
storage boxes you can save two batteries, scanners
and even a digital camera. The Proliner® has a
adjustable beep-volume. The length of the wire is
7,5 meter with a diameter of 15 meters. The
integrated Proliner® Leapfrog software makes it
possible to measure surfaces even larger than 15
meter. With the extensive integrated CAD software
you can easily complete your drawings on the job
site and download it directly to a USB stick. The
output is in DXF, CCD and TXT. The size of the
screen is 8.4”.
We refer
to it as an intelligent stick on a string! You need
only one operator to measure almost all objects. In
one hand you have the pointer or probe. The tip of
this probe is connected by a wire to the Proliner
which ensures that the wire is always under tension.
The
position of the wire is measured by the Proliner;
the length of the wire, and its angular deflection
in the horizontal and vertical planes. In this way,
the Proliner knows the exact position of the tip of
the probe in 3D space. In the operator's other hand
is a "puck," a thing a bit like a car key with four
buttons.
When a
button is pressed on the puck, a point or
co-ordinate is recorded by the Proliner. The
operator can either work point by point by point, or
by holding down a different button and moving the
probe on the shape which is being measured, points
can be continuously recorded.
