Since the late 1990s, he's helped organizations adopt emerging technologies. In addition to enterprise mobility and cybersecurity, Kerry now focuses on guiding companies through responsible AI adoption, bringing a practical, governance-minded approach, threat analysis, and compliance.


Chris Ladley is a Commercial Insurance Marketing Representative at Federated Insurance with 20 years of experience. Based in Allentown, PA, Chris partners with business owners to identify exposures, reduce risk, and implement tailored insurance programs. He helps clients build their employee safety plans by bringing a proactive approach to every client relationship. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, Chris is known for his professionalism.
